Abstract:
Provided is an electromagnetic forming device for an aluminum tube member. The electromagnetic forming device can precisely pass the induced current necessary for electromagnetic forming through points that require electromagnetic forming. An electromagnetic forming device for an aluminum tube member, the electromagnetic forming device comprising: a jig plate that has a substrate; a support member that is provided on the substrate and supports an aluminum tube member; and an electromagnetic-forming coil part that can move in the axial direction of the aluminum tube member as supported on the support member. An insulating layer is provided over the entirety of an upper surface and/or a lower surface of the substrate of the jig plate.
