Abstract:
An electromagnetic galvanometer and a galvanometer system, belonging to the technical field of galvanometers. The electromagnetic galvanometer comprises: a movable part (01), fixed parts (02), and first support parts (03). The movable part (01) comprises: a frame (011), and a reflective mirror (012) and a first electromagnetic coil (013) which are located on the frame (011); each fixed part (02) comprises a fixed plate (021) and first electrodes (022) located on the fixed plate (021); and each first support part (03) comprises a first support structure (031) and second support structures (032), which are spaced apart from each other. In the movable part (01), the first electromagnetic coil (013) is used for driving the reflective mirror (012) to move, and the reflective mirror (012) has a reflective surface facing away from the frame (011); in each first support part (03), the first support structure (031) and the second support structures (032) are all connected to the frame (011) and each fixed plate (021), the rigidity of the first support structure (031) is greater than that of the second support structures (032); and each second support structure (032) is provided with a first wire (033) that is connected to the first electrode (022) and the first electromagnetic coil (013). The present invention solves the problem that the wires are prone to break and is used for an electromagnetic galvanometer.
