Abstract:
Provided is an electromagnetic oscillating diaphragm pump capable of preventing the leakage of a flowing body such as air to the oscillator side. In an oscillator (2), a magnet (2b2) is provided on a support member (2a), and attachment screws (2c) are fixed to the support member (2a) at both end sides of a center shaft thereof. Disc-like diaphragms (3) are fixed to the attachment screws (2c) at both ends of the support member (2a). Each diaphragm (3) is held between an inner center plate (6b) and an outer center plate (6a), and fixed by inserting the attachment screw (2c) of the oscillator (2) into a through hole (6c) provided in the center sections of the outer and inner center plates (6a, 6b). Cylinder-like projecting parts (6b1) are respectively formed at the center sections of the inner center plates (6b) on the oscillator (2) side. The projecting parts (6b1) are fitted into recessed grooves (2d), which are formed on the end parts of the support member (2a) of the oscillator (2), and hermetically sealed through ring-like elastic members (7).
