Abstract:

An electromagnetic pump driving method in which noise and vibration accompanying abrupt pressure variation in a pump chamber are reduced. A pulse voltage applied alternately to the positive side and the negative side so as to drive an electromagnetic coil is such that a voltage variation occurring when the polarity of the pulse voltage is inverted has a continuous inclination at least between the positive side and the negative side.
