Abstract:
The invention relates to an electromagnetic-radiation-reflecting structure (120), which is attached to a point of a body of a user. During usual locomotion of the user, the electromagnetic-radiation-reflecting structure (120) produces a micro-Doppler effect because of the attachment of the electromagnetic-radiation-reflecting structure (120) to the body, such that a radar cross-section of the user is enlarged. A material of the electromagnetic-radiation-reflecting structure (120) has a conductivity of greater than 100 S/m or a conductivity of less than 100 S/m, a relative permeability of between 100 and 105 and a relative permittivity of between 1 and 14 or a conductivity of less than 100 S/m, a relative permeability of between 1 and 100 and a relative permittivity of between 7 and 14. The surface area of the electromagnetic-radiation-reflecting structure (120) is greater than 1000 mm2.
