Abstract:
An electromagnetic relay comprising: a housing (1); a pair of fixed terminals (31a, 31b); a movable contactor (32) that is disposed so as to be capable of moving so as to approach and move away from each fixed contact placement surface (311) of the pair of fixed terminals (31a, 31b); a movable shaft (35) that is capable of moving in conjunction with the movable contactor (32); electromagnetic drive parts that drive the movable shaft (35) to move the movable contactor (32) in the movement direction; and a damping mechanism (60) that includes an insulating damping member (61) disposed between the movable contactor (32) and electromagnetic drive part (40), and a sound insulation gap (62) provided between the damping member (61) and electromagnetic drive parts (53, 59).
