Disclosed is an electromagnetic shielding film, comprising a release film layer, an insulation layer, a black insulating and shielding layer, a metal layer, a conductive adhesive layer and a protective film layer which are sequentially connected, wherein the conductive adhesive layer further contains an electromagnetic wave absorbent, and the electromagnetic wave absorbent is one of or a mixture of several of carbon nanotubes, graphene and ferrite. The preparation of the electromagnetic shielding film comprises the following steps: preparing a release agent, and obtaining a release film layer by a coating process; preparing an insulating layer and a black insulating and shielding layer according to formulas, coating the insulating layer on the release film layer by a coating process, then coating the black insulating and shielding layer on the other side of the insulating layer, and then plating a metal on the other side of the black insulating and shielding layer by a film coating process so as to form a metal layer, thus obtaining a semi-finished product; preparing a conductive adhesive and coating the conductive adhesive on the metal layer; and preparing a protective film on the other side of the conductive adhesive by a coating process so as to obtain a finished product.
