Abstract:
A method for manufacturing an electromagnetic shielding material using a perforated metal thin sheet, according to the present invention, comprises: 1) a first step of forming a gel coat layer by coating a gel coat on a mold for molding; 2) a second step of primarily impregnating and defoaming a reinforcing fiber as a thermosetting resin so as to form a first composite layer on the gel coat layer, which has been formed in the first step, and then arranging a perforated metal thin sheet so as to form a first metal layer; 3) a third step of secondarily impregnating and defoaming a reinforcing fiber as a thermosetting resin so as to form a second composite layer on the first metal layer, which has been formed in the second step, and then arranging a perforated metal thin sheet such that the perforated location thereof is misaligned with the perforated location of the first metal layer, which has been formed in the second step, without overlapping each other, so as to form a second metal layer; and 4) a fourth step of tertiarily impregnating and defoaming a reinforcing fiber as a thermosetting resin so as to form a third composite layer on the second metal layer, which has been formed in the third step, and then carrying out curing and demolding so as to mold an electromagnetic shielding material, wherein the electromagnetic shielding material to be molded is integrated through the chemical bonding of respective constituent layers by continuously carrying out a process of the first to fourth steps. The present invention impregnates and defoams a reinforcing fiber as a thermosetting resin and integrates the same with perforated metal thin sheets so as to form composite layers, thereby enabling manufacturing to be performed with high efficiency and high strength.
