Abstract:
This electromagnetic source device has: an electromagnetic source which emits electromagnetic waves along a prescribed optical axis; and a light guide body which is disposed on the electromagnetic wave optical axis, and which has one surface inclined with respect to the optical axis and another surface opposing the one surface, wherein the one surface of the light guide body constitutes an incidence surface for electromagnetic waves, and the other surface constitutes a reflection surface for reflecting, toward the one surface, electromagnetic waves incident on the one surface.
