Abstract:
The present invention relates to an electromagnetic system for a cyclotron. The electromagnetic system for a cyclotron of the present invention comprises: a top plate including a first sector forming a magnetic field distribution on a central plane of an electromagnet at which a beam moves, and a first coil receiving a source of power from outside and forming a magnetic field; a bottom plate including a second sector forming a magnetic field distribution on a central plane of an electromagnet at which a beam moves, and a second coil receiving a source of power from outside and forming an electric field and a magnetic field; and a chamber disposed between the second sector and the second coil and installed at a predetermined distance from the second sector in order to be capable of being disengaged.
