Title:
ELECTROMAGNETIC VALVE AND ELECTROMAGNETIC VALVE MALFUNCTION-ASSESSING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2014/188717
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to obtain an electromagnetic valve malfunction-assessing device capable of detecting deformation of the diaphragm that supports the valve body and is thereby capable of detecting that the valve body and the valve seat are not completely in close contact due to foreign matter being caught between the valve body and the flow channel hole, etc. with good precision. The electromagnetic valve (100) is provided with a piezoelectric sensor (130) for detecting deformation of the diaphragm (110). The malfunction-assessing device comprises: an information storage unit for storing the piezoelectric sensor output signal value during normal closing of the electromagnetic valve (100) as a reference value; and a control unit for comparing the piezoelectric sensor output signal value detected during closing of the electromagnetic valve with the reference value and assessing malfunction of the electromagnetic valve according to whether or not the difference between the reference value and the signal value is at or above a threshold value.
