Abstract:
Fixation of a yoke (second yoke) serving as a component to constitute an electromagnetic circuit is achieved when an annular member is inserted into a groove of a magnetic core. However, a gap is necessarily formed between the yoke (second yoke) and the annular member in terms of variations in the dimensions of respective components, and sound comes out when the yoke and the annular member contact each other. Further, when the annular member is fit into the groove from an axial direction, a load becomes excessive since interference is increased at an insertion start point to fit the annular member into the groove. Further, when the annular member is fit into the groove from a radial direction, the fitting is not allowed since a yoke outer diameter interferes with the annular member. Therefore, the present invention provides an electromagnetic valve mechanism provided with: a fixation core 39 that has a large-diameter part 39-S1 and a small-diameter part 39-S2 and attracts a movable core 36 by a magnetic attracting force; and a second yoke 44 that is arranged on an outside in an axial direction of the small-diameter part 39-S2 and arranged on an outside in an axial direction of the large-diameter part 39-S1, the electromagnetic valve mechanism characterized by comprising a press-fit member (fixation ring) 48 that is pressed and fixed onto the outside in the axial direction of the second yoke 44 and press-fit to an outer peripheral part of the small-diameter part 39-S2.
