Abstract:
This electromagnetic-wave absorber (1) comprises a dielectric layer (10), a resistance layer (20), and an electroconductive layer (30). The resistance layer (20) is arranged on one principal surface of the dielectric layer (10). The electroconductive layer (30) is arranged on the other principal surface of the dielectric layer (10), and has a sheet resistance that is lower than the sheet resistance of the resistance layer (20). The resistance layer (20) includes indium oxide as a main component, has a polycrystalline structure, has a sheet resistance of from 260 to 500 Ω/□, and a specific resistance of at least 5×10-4Ω·cm.
