Abstract:
The present invention realizes an electromagnetic-wave-absorbing sheet that can satisfactorily absorb high frequency electromagnetic waves of the millimeter wave band or greater, and that has excellent flexibility and can easily be placed in a desired part. An electromagnetic-wave-absorbing sheet having: an electromagnetic-wave-absorbing layer 1, which contains a magnetic iron oxide 1a that magnetically resonates in the frequency band of the millimeter wave band or greater; and a binder 1b made of resin, the irradiated electromagnetic waves being absorbed by the magnetic resonance of the magnetic iron oxide, wherein, when a ribbon-shaped sheet is curved in an elastic deformation region, a flexibility evaluation value F (g/mm2) is greater than 0 and no greater than 6, the flexibility evaluation value F being indicated as a numerical value obtained by dividing, by the cross sectional area D (mm2) of the sheet, the additional weight (g) needed to achieve an interval d of 10 mm between the inside surfaces of the sheet at a position L at 10 mm from the curved part of the sheet.
