Abstract:
This electromagnetic wave deflection device comprises a mirror that reflects electromagnetic waves, a first drive unit, a second drive unit, and a weight. The first drive unit inclines the mirror using a first axis as an inclination axis. The second drive unit inclines the mirror using a second axis that intersects the first axis as an inclination axis. The weight is disposed on at least one of the first drive unit and the second drive unit so that the resonant frequency of the second drive unit is not a natural number multiple of the resonant frequency of the first drive unit.
