Abstract:
This electromagnetic wave detection device is provided with: a first traveling unit which has a reference surface and a plurality of pixels, and causes an electromagnetic wave incident on the reference surface to travel in a specific direction in each of the pixels; a first detection unit which detects an electromagnetic wave incident on a first detection surface; a second detection unit which detects an electromagnetic wave incident on a second detection surface; and a second traveling unit which has a first surface, a second surface and a third surface. The third surface separates an electromagnetic wave traveling in a first direction into an electromagnetic wave incident on the second detection unit, and an electromagnetic wave traveling in a second direction. The first surface causes the electromagnetic wave traveling in the second direction to be incident on the reference surface, and causes the electromagnetic wave incident again thereon from the reference surface to travel in a third direction. The third surface causes the electromagnetic wave traveling in the third direction to travel in a fourth direction. The second surface emits the electromagnetic wave traveling in the fourth direction to the first detection surface.
