Abstract:
This electromagnetic wave detector (100) comprises a heat absorption layer (HA), an insulating film (3), a two-dimensional material layer (1), and a first electrode (2a). The heat absorption layer (HA) includes a thermoelectric material layer (5) and a phase transition material layer (6). The insulating film (3) is disposed in a portion on the heat absorption layer (HA). The two-dimensional material layer (1) is disposed on the heat absorption layer (HA) and the insulating film (3) and is electrically connected to the heat absorption layer (HA). The first electrode section (2a) is disposed on the insulating film (3) and is electrically connected to the heat absorption layer (HA) via the two-dimensional material layer (1).
