Abstract:
An electromagnetic wave measurement apparatus (101, 102) is provided with: a probe light generation unit (1) for generating probe light having two wavelengths; and an electro-optical probe (2, 2A, 2B) for receiving the probe light generated by the probe light generation unit (1) and detected electromagnetic waves, the electro-optical probe (2, 2A, 2B) comprising an electro-optical crystal. The probe light generation unit (1) performs a variation operation for varying the difference in the frequencies of the probe light, and the variation operation is set to content that conforms to the specification of the frequency variation of the detected electromagnetic waves.
