Abstract:
An electromagnetic wave shield 1a comprises a plate-shaped base portion 5, and a plurality of first projecting portions 11. The base portion 5 has a first surface 10 on which electromagnetic waves are to be incident, and a second surface 20. The second surface 20 extends along the first surface 10 in a position separated from the first surface 10. The electromagnetic wave shield 1a contains a dielectric. In the electromagnetic wave shield 1a, at least one of the plurality of first projecting portions 11 has a side surface 11s which includes a first point S1 and a second point S2 and which has an angle of inclination different from a projecting direction of the first projecting portion 11. In the projecting direction of the first projecting portion 11, the second point S2 is closer to the first surface 10 than the first point S1. In the side surface 11s, an angle of inclination β is greater than an angle of inclination α.
