An electromagnetic wave shielding filter (10) is provided with a transparent base material (1) and a mesh layer (3), which is arranged on the transparent base material (1) arbitrarily through a transparent adhesive layer (9) and includes a conductor layer (2). The mesh layer (3) is provided with a transparent colored resin layer (4) including a pigment, having a transparent shielding layer (5) in between. The conductor layer (2) of the mesh layer (3) is provided with an anticorrosive layer (6) and a blackened layer (7). The transparent colored resin layer (4) serves also as an adhesive layer, and on the transparent colored resin layer (4), functional layers (8) such as an optical filter, protective sheet, display front board, etc. are stacked.
