Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is an electromagnetic welding method for pre-laid anti-sticking waterproof coiled material, the pre-laid waterproof coiled material comprising a base material layer made of polyethylene, comprising: 1) fixing a pre-welded gasket matching the pre-laid waterproof coiled material onto a substrate, the gasket being composed of a matrix resin layer and metal wire embedded in the upper surface of the matrix resin layer; the raw materials of the matrix resin layer comprise the following by mass percentage: 5-30% polyethylene, 5-30% polypropylene, 20-50% ethylene-propylene copolymer, and 20-50% ethylene-octene copolymer; 2) laying the pre-laid waterproof coiled material on the substrate, such that the pre-laid waterproof coiled material bonds to the gasket; then aligning an electromagnetic welding gun, pressing on the pre-laid waterproof coiled material at the position of the gasket, and simply welding; the present invention can quickly fix the pre-laid waterproof coiled material onto the substrate, and has simple operation and good controllability; the welding is firm, and prevents the problem in the prior art of subsequent leakage caused by implementing fixing using methods such as nailing.
