Abstract:
In this electromagnetically moving device 100, magnetic flux variation measurement means 3 is disposed outside of a closed magnetic path created when a moving iron core 6 and a stationary iron core 5 are in a coupled state through the permanent magnet 7, and at a position allowing the variation in a leakage flux caused by the shifting of the moving iron core 6 to be measured. From the measurement of time-series data for the magnetic flux variation, the time at the inflexion point is calculated, thereby estimating the behavior of a moving part such as a switch.
