Title:
ELECTROMECHANICAL ACTUATING MECHANISM
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2001/077544
Kind Code:
A2
Abstract:
The invention relates to mechanical engineering and instrumentation technology and can be used as an amplifier of a steering ring, a driving mechanism for a mill roller, in a power plant for electric transport means and for other machines and instruments. In the present embodiment, shafts of electrical machines start to rotate and afterwards are commanded to actuate an operating unit. The operating unit is driven using a method involving alternating multipurpose electrical machines in the operational mode of an electric generator and electric motor, enabling kinetic reaction energy from the generator armature and kinetic rotation energy from the electric motor to be transmitted to the operating unit of an electro-mechanical or executing device or device of another nature, where said energies are added by the rule of absolute magnitude, electric energy from the electric generator is transmitted into an external energy supply, and the energy flow returns back to an opposite hydraulic machine.
