Abstract:
An electromechanical braking system (100) for a rail vehicle (200) comprises a central control unit (2), multiple electromechanical braking control units (3), and multiple brakes (12); each of the electromechanical braking control units (3) is connected to the central control unit (2), the brakes (12) are used for braking wheels (11) of the rail vehicle (200), and each of the electromechanical braking control units (3) is connected to at least one of the brakes (12). When the rail vehicle (200) needs a driving brake, at least one electromechanical braking unit (3) brakes the wheel by controlling the brake (12). Also disclosed are a control method for the electromechanical braking system (100) and the rail vehicle (200) comprising same. By adoption of the electromechanical braking system, the safety for driving brake of the rail vehicle is ensured, the configuration of the rail vehicle is effectively simplified, the costs are reduced, facilitating achieving the lightweight design and modular design of the rail vehicle and facilitating the maintenance of the rail vehicle.
