An electron beam processing system for a gear surface, comprising a base (1), a working table (2), a vacuum system, a gear fixture system, and an electron beam source system. The base (1) is a framework structure, the working table (2) is a platform, and the working table (2) is provided on the base (1). The vacuum system and the gear fixture system are both mounted on the working table (2). The vacuum system comprises a vacuum cavity (5), a lifting system, a vacuum degree measurement device (6), a molecular pump (7), a connection tube (8), and a mechanical pump (9). The gear fixture system comprises a driving motor, a transmission device, an angle adjustment device, and a mounting bracket (25). Said electron beam processing system for a gear surface uses electron beams to modify the gear surface, and has advantages of little distortion, high efficiency, and pure surface quality and the like, being able to directly and effectively improve surface roughness and structure property of a material, and being able to process special profiles, such as small-diameter holes, slots, and slits, which cannot be finished by conventional processing.
