Abstract:
An image of an object to be captured is stably tracked even when imaging environment changes. An image processing device (10) comprises a storage unit (17) that stores information relating to an initial area and a first conversion parameter corresponding to an imaging environment for a first image, a conversion parameter calculating unit (12) that calculates a second conversion parameter in accordance with an imaging environment for a second image, a first image converting unit (13) that converts at least one of the first and second images using the first conversion parameter and the second conversion parameter, a tracking processing unit (15) that tracks an image of an object by searching for an area having a feature amount similar to that of the initial area using the image converted by the first image converting unit (13), a second image converting unit (14) that converts the second image using a third conversion parameter of which variation between successively captured images is less than that of the second conversion parameter, and an output unit (16) that outputs the image converted by the second image converting unit (14) and the search result.
