Abstract:
A digital light source device according to the disclosed present invention comprises: a hollow body unit which has a space therein; a source unit which emits electrons from inside the body unit; and an anode unit which generates X-rays or light by collision with electrons emitted from the source unit and guides the X-rays or light to the outside of the body unit, wherein the body unit and the anode unit are mutually hetero-bonded, and the anode unit is bonded to the body unit along the outer surface of the body unit. According to such a configuration, the insulation inside the body unit in which the source unit is provided can be improved, thereby being capable of contributing to the improvement of the optical efficiency.
