Abstract:
An electronic apparatus is disclosed. The electronic apparatus comprises: a communication interface; a memory for storing at least one command; and a processor connected to the communication interface and the memory to control the electronic apparatus. The processor may: execute at least one command to receive state information of an external apparatus from the external apparatus connected via the communication interface; execute a self-diagnosis mode for obtaining error information of the electronic apparatus and/or the external apparatus, on the basis of the state information of the electronic apparatus and the state information of the external apparatus; obtain setting information corresponding to the electronic apparatus and/or the external apparatus, on the basis of the obtained error information; and control the electronic apparatus and/or the external apparatus on the basis of the obtained setting information.
