Disclosed is an electronic apparatus. An electronic apparatus according to one embodiment can comprise: a display panel including a plurality of pixels; a display driving circuit which is electrically connected to the display panel and configured to display content using the plurality of pixels; a support structure which is disposed below one surface of the display panel and in which an opening section is formed to expose a partial region of the one surface; a shielding structure which is disposed below at least a portion of the partial region of the display exposed through the opening section, the shielding structure being electrically connected to a ground region, provided in the electronic apparatus, to block noise generated by the display panel that is driven by the display driving circuit; and an ultrasonic sensor disposed below at least a portion of the shielding structure. In addition to the above embodiment, various other embodiments as understood through the specification are possible.
