Abstract:
An electronic apparatus according to various embodiments disclosed herein may comprise: a first housing; a second housing which is disposed so as to be movable relative to the first housing and overlaps at least a portion of the first housing, and which is moved in a first direction relative to the first housing and inserted into the first housing to make the electronic apparatus contract, or moved in a second direction relative to the first housing and drawn out of the first housing to make the electronic apparatus expand; a flexible display which is at least partially mounted to the surface of the second housing and at least a portion of which contacts or expands; and at least one processor. The at least one processor can be configured to: identify, on the basis of data acquired in relation to the electronic apparatus, whether the operation mode of the electronic apparatus has changed, wherein the operation mode includes the physical state of the electronic apparatus or the flexible display; output a first display signal to display an indicator related to the operation mode on the flexible display, the first display signal being output on the basis of whether the identified operation mode has changed; and output a control signal for changing the operation mode of the electronic apparatus while the indicator is displayed on the flexible display on the basis of the output first display signal.
