An electronic apparatus (portable phone) (100) comprises: a camera (13); a controller (10) which determines whether a measurement value of a health measurement apparatus is included in an image which is image captured by the camera (13); and a communication unit (6) which, if the measurement value is included in the image, transmits information relating to the measurement value to an information provision apparatus. It would be permissible for the controller (10) to carry out a control which matches the facing of the image which is image captured by the camera (13) with the facing of an indicator which denotes the measurement value of the health measurement apparatus. It would be permissible for the controller (10) to specify a region, among a video which is image captured by the camera (13), wherein the indicator is image captured, to execute a photometry process with the specified region as an object thereof, and to adjust a degree of exposure when capturing the image. It would be permissible for the controller (10) to control a presentation of a display (2A) such that the image of the indicator which denotes the measurement value of the health measurement apparatus in the video which is image captured by the camera (13) is a trapezoid.
