The present invention relates to an electronic apparatus for providing information relating to an emergency context to a user, the electronic apparatus comprising: a microphone; a driving unit; an output unit; and a processor. The processor: identifies whether or not an emergency context has occurred by obtaining sound in the periphery of the electronic apparatus; if it is identified that an emergency context has occurred, obtains information relating to the location, in which a sound relating to the emergency context is produced, by inputting information relating to the obtained sound to a first neural network model; controls the driving unit to move to a first area corresponding to the location in which the sound relating to the emergency context is produced, on the basis of the information relating to the location; obtains information relating to the emergency context from the first area; controls the driving unit to move to a second area corresponding to the location of a user, on the basis of context information and user history information; and provides the information relating to the emergency context to the user in the second area.
