Abstract:

Disclosed are an electronic apparatus and a method for controlling same. An electronic apparatus according to the present disclosure comprises: a microphone; a memory which stores at least one instruction; and a processor which executes the at least one instruction, wherein the processor can execute the at least one instruction to: acquire and execute a first command set, corresponding to first user speech input by means of a microphone, on a host operating system; determine whether it is possible to execute the first command set on a virtual machine by means of a bridge module, when a user command different from the first user speech is input during the execution of the first command set; execute commands, which are in the first command set but have not been executed on the host operating system, on the virtual machine by means of the bridge module on the basis of the determination result; and execute, on the host operating system, an operation corresponding to the user command.
