Abstract:
An operation signal generating unit 11 and a resetting unit 12 are included in a first circuit unit 10 that operates on the basis of a first power supply voltage V1, and when a resetting signal Sr corresponding to an operation signal Si of the operation signal generation unit 11 is outputted from a resetting unit 12 to a regulator 20, output operations of a second power supply voltage V2 are stopped. Consequently, since a large transistor for interrupting a power supply line is not needed, said large transistor having been used in conventional art, the apparatus size can be reduced.
