Abstract:
An electronic brake system according to the present invention comprises: a master cylinder having a first piston connecting to a pedal, and a second piston separating first and second master chambers provided in front of the first piston; a reservoir in which brake fluid is stored, and which is connected to the first master chamber by a first reservoir channel and to the second master chamber by a second reservoir channel; a hydraulic pressure supplying apparatus for generating hydraulic pressure by means of electrical signals produced in response to the displacement of the pedal; a first connecting line connecting the first master chamber and a first hydraulic pressure circuit; a second connecting line connecting the second master chamber and a second hydraulic pressure circuit; and a third connecting line connecting the hydraulic pressure supplying apparatus and reservoir, wherein a device unit comprising the reservoir and master cylinder is disposed in a first block, and an electronics unit comprising the hydraulic pressure supplying apparatus, first hydraulic circuit and second hydraulic circuit is disposed in a second block, and first to third connecting lines are provided so as to connect the first and second blocks.
