Title:
ELECTRONIC BRAKE SYSTEM
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2020/184967
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
An electronic brake system is disclosed. The electronic brake system, according to the present embodiment, comprises: a reservoir in which a pressurizing medium is stored; a master cylinder connected to a brake pedal; a pedal simulator connected to the master cylinder; a hydraulic pressure supply apparatus which generates hydraulic pressure by operating a hydraulic piston by means of an electrical signal outputted in accordance with the displacement of the brake pedal; a first hydraulic circuit provided with a first wheel cylinder and a second wheel cylinder; and a second hydraulic circuit provided with a third wheel cylinder and a fourth wheel cylinder. The electronic brake system may be provided so as to comprise: a hydraulic pressure control unit which controls hydraulic pressure transferred to the first hydraulic circuit and the second hydraulic circuit; an auxiliary hydraulic pressure apparatus which is provided to the second hydraulic circuit and operates when the operation of the hydraulic pressure supply apparatus is not possible so as to provide hydraulic pressure to the third wheel cylinder and the fourth wheel cylinder; and a pair of actuators which are respectively provided to respective calipers of the first wheel cylinder and the second wheel cylinder, and operate when the operation of the hydraulic pressure supply apparatus is not possible so as to carry out the braking of the first wheel cylinder and the second wheel cylinder, respectively.
