Abstract:
Provided are an electronic-certificate-based transaction method and system, said method comprising: a first server obtaining an electronic certificate and displaying the electronic certificate (401), the electronic certificate containing the merchandise attribute information of name and amount, and receivable-payment settlement information containing the receiving account; the first server sending the electronic certificate to a first terminal (402); the first terminal pushing the electronic certificate by means of the Internet (403); a second terminal obtaining the electronic certificate by means of the Internet, receiving logistical information, inputted by a user at an information-writable location in the electronic certificate, concerning the delivery of the merchandise, and, according to the receivable-payment settlement information, sending to a payment system a request for a payment to be made in the amount corresponding to the merchandise (404); the payment system receiving the payment request sent by the second terminal and, upon authenticating the electronic certificate, freezing a sum of money in a paying account corresponding to the second terminal (405); the payment system receiving information that the merchandise has been received, accepted, and signed for, and transferring to a receiving account the money that had been frozen (406).
