Abstract:
An electronic cigarette performance test device and electronic cigarette performance test method, the electronic cigarette performance test device comprising a first clamping mechanism (10), a tension sensor (20), an inhaling mechanism (30), a negative pressure detector (40), a control module (50) and a base (90); the first clamping mechanism (10) is slidably disposed on the base (90) along the axial direction of a clamped electronic cigarette (100) relative to the base (90); the tension sensor (20) is connected to the first clamping mechanism (10) via a pull rod (21); the inhaling mechanism (30) communicates with a smoking end of the electronic cigarette (100) via an air inlet pipe (31); the negative pressure detector (40) communicates with the air inlet pipe (31) via a branch air inlet pipe (41); the inhaling mechanism (30) is used to enable a user to inhale from the smoking end; the negative pressure detector (40) is used to detect a negative pressure value in the air inlet pipe (31); the control module (50) determines the venting performance of the electronic cigarette (100) according to the negative pressure value; the tension sensor (20) is used to detect the tension applied to the electronic cigarette (100) along the axial direction of the electronic cigarette (100); and the control module (50) is also used to determine the anti-drawing performance of the electronic cigarette (100) according to the tension value. The present invention has accurate test results and high working efficiency.
