An electronic cigarette smoke concentration detection system, comprising: a positioning module (30) used for positioning and sealing an electronic cigarette smoking opening; a smoke collection box (10) used for collecting electronic cigarette smoke; a smoke flowing control unit (20) used for pumping the electronic cigarette smoke to the smoke collection box (10) from a smoke discharging opening (31) of the positioning module (30) or for emptying the electronic cigarette smoke from the smoke collection box (10); an image capturing unit (40) used for capturing an image of the electronic cigarette smoke in the smoke collection box (10); and a processing unit (50) used for controlling actions of the smoke flowing control unit (20) and the image capturing unit (40). The system can simulate manual detection and compare the collected electronic cigarette smoke gray level value by photographing the image, and quantify the electronic cigarette smoke concentration, and can control a smoke suction force and smoking time, realizing detection automation and data standardization.
