Abstract:
An electronic circuit breaker (1) is provided with a load current characteristic calculation unit (17) and an output unit (20). The load current characteristic calculation unit (17) calculates short-time delay load current characteristics, that is, current characteristics for loads in a short-time delay region, on the basis of peak values calculated by a peak value calculation unit (12), and calculates long-time delay load current characteristics, that is, current characteristics for the loads in a long-time delay region, on the basis of effective values calculated by an effective value calculation unit (13). The output unit (20) outputs load current characteristic information containing the short-time delay load current characteristics and long-time delay load current characteristics calculated by the load current characteristic calculation unit (17).
