Abstract:

Provided is an electronic circuit device equipped with a power conversion circuit in which switching elements are embedded and a circuit board on which circuit elements constituting the power conversion circuit are mounted and wiring patterns for electrically connecting the circuit elements are arranged. The power conversion circuit is configured by being provided with a pair of switching elements for intermittently supplying energy to a choke coil in phase. The circuit board is formed as a double-sided board in which: one and the other of the switching elements are mounted on one and the other principal surfaces, respectively; a current path including the one of the switching elements and a current path including the other of the switching elements are overlapped with each other in a plan view; and the wiring patterns are provided so that the directions of the currents become reverse.
