Abstract:
An electronic circuit and a semiconductor device are provided with a voltage selecting output circuit, such as a DAC, and an SCF, and a driving condition of an input side switch of the SCF is added to the selecting conditions of a selecting switch of the voltage selecting output circuit. Thus, the number of switches connected in series in an MOS transistor and the like is reduced by using the selecting switch also as the input side switch. Therefore, on-resistance of the switch can be reduced. Thus, increase of output errors due to increase of clock field through and linearity error of a buffer amplifier is prevented.
