Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to suppress an off-leak current in a switch circuit when the switch circuit is controlled to be off. First and second path switches are serially connected to form a switch circuit. The first and second path switches are controlled to be on or off at the same time. When the first and second path switches are controlled to be off, a voltage supply circuit supplies the same voltage to a connection part between the first and second path switches and to an input part of the first path switch. Consequently, the same voltage is supplied to both ends of the first path switch.
