Abstract:
The present invention is applicable to the field of electronic commerce, and provides an electronic commerce management system. The system comprises a logistics management platform and an electronic commerce platform. The electronic commerce platform comprises at least one electronic commerce sub-platform. The logistics management platform is in a communication connection with the electronic commerce platform. The electronic commerce platform also comprises an information collection module, an information management module, an order processing module, and an after-sales management module. The logistics management platform comprises a commodity delivery tracking module and a logistics dynamic allocation information sending module. The electronic commerce management system provided in the present invention can manage the order, delivery, logistics and after-sales problems among network shops of a same brand in a more scientific, efficient and unified manner, coordinates and manages each electronic commerce sub-platform doing cross-regional businesses, and adjusts the inventory of commodities and the number of promotion activities according to the commodity sales volume of each electronic commerce sub-platform.
