Abstract:
An electronic component is characterised by comprising: four inductors formed in a coil shape; and walls wrapping around the four inductors, in between and along the circumference of the four inductors, wherein the respective coils of the four inductors have an octagonal shape in which four corners of a quadrangle are cut. The electronic component may have a reduced size by fabricating an inductor as a semi-conductor chip, and may be optimised for a semi-conductor device test by fabricating a plurality of inductors on a single substrate.
