Abstract:
In the whole anisotropic conductive member (105), a plurality of substantially spherical conductive bodies (106) are dispersively contained, each of said conductive bodies having a diameter larger than a step between a protection film (103) at the end of an opening (111) and a connecting pad section (102). An exposed portion of the connecting pad section (102) and lead wiring (120) are brought close to each other to be in contact with each other at least above and below the conductive bodies (106).
