Abstract:
This electronic component mounting method is provided with: a preparation image capturing step of, in a state in which no electronic component is being held on a component holding portion, storing preparation position information relating to the component holding portion which is acquired on the basis of a preparation image captured in a state in which a rotary head is divided into a plurality of divided angles; a collecting step of collecting an electronic component; an angle information acquiring step of acquiring divided angle information about the rotary head the last time an electronic component was collected; an extracting step of, on the basis of the divided angle information and the plurality of divided angles of the rotary head of which the image has been captured in the preparation image capturing step, extracting specific position information from among a plurality of pieces of preparation position information; a component image capturing step of, in a state in which the divided angles of the rotary head are aligned with divided angles of the rotary head corresponding to the specific position information, capturing an image of the electronic component; and a measuring step of measuring a position error amount between the position of a plurality of component holding portions recognized from the specific position information and the position of the electronic component recognized from the component image obtained in the component image capturing step.
