Abstract:
A laminated ceramic capacitor (20) has a structure wherein a prescribed number of plate-shaped internal electrodes are laminated together. An interposer (30) is provided with a substrate (31) that is larger than the external dimensions of the laminated ceramic capacitor (20). First mounting electrodes (321, 331) for mounting the laminated ceramic capacitor (20) are formed on a first principal surface of the aforementioned substrate (31), and first external-connection electrodes (322, 332) for connecting to an external circuit board (90) are formed on a second principal surface. Recesses (310A, 310B) are formed in side surfaces of the interposer (30), and connection conductors (343A, 343B) are formed on the walls of said recesses (310A, 310B). Said connection conductors (343A, 343B) are formed at a prescribed distance from the side surfaces of the interposer (30).
