Abstract:
An electronic component (1) is provided with: an element (2) that has a conductive terminal (6, 7); an insulating case (8) that has the element (2) housed in the inside (21) thereof; and a conductive fastening member (12) buried in the case (8) and connected to the terminal (6, 7). The fastening member (12) has: a first end (23) exposed to the inside (21) of the case (8); and a second end (24) exposed to the outside (22) of the case (8). The terminal (6, 7) is connected to the first end (23). The fastening member (12) has a partition section (20) that partitions the case (8) into the inside (21) and the outside (22).
