Abstract:
The invention relates to an electronic component, especially a laminate component, that comprises a dielectric element and at least one electrode. The dielectric element contains a composite material from a dielectric, ceramic material and an organic polymer. In order to produce the electronic component, the dielectric, ceramic material is mixed with a suitable monomer, the resulting compound is shaped and the monomer is polymerized. The inventive material facilitates the production of dimensionally stable ceramic elements that are processed to capacitors, antennae or other passive components by applying electrodes thereon. It is no longer necessary to sinter the electronic components.
